x2 frozen bananas

1 tbsp natural honey 

Optional extras 

Peanutbutter (1 tbsp)

Chia seeds (1 tsp) 

Frozen berries (1/4 cup)

Blend in an electric mixer with a small amount of water until smooth and creamy, pour mixture into a bowl and enjoy!
