Banana Pancakes

Quick, easy & healthy pancake recipe to cut sugar cravings and keep your weight management journey on track. One of the many delicious recipes available on our Weight Management Program



1 Banana – 99 cal
2 Eggs – 140 cal
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbs Honey – 64 cal



  • Mash ripe banana with a fork and add egg.

  • Whisk with fork and add a sprinkle of cinnamon.

  • Spray small fry pan with oil and add mixture to

pan on med heat.

  • When mixture starts to set (around 3 mins)

flip over.

  • Cook for another 3mins or till cooked and slide

onto a plate.

  • Serve with a couple of strawberries and

honey optional.
