2 Eggs – 140 cal
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbs Honey – 64 cal
Mash ripe banana with a fork and add egg.
Whisk with fork and add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Spray small fry pan with oil and add mixture to
pan on med heat.
When mixture starts to set (around 3 mins)
Cook for another 3mins or till cooked and slide
onto a plate.
