Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 5 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 x banana 
  • ½ cup blueberries 
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 4 x walnuts 
  • 2 x cups soy milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 x dates 
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder 


METHOD

1. Combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
