Ingredients

1 Corn cob approximately 100 grams (106 calories) 

A little drizzle of Olive oil (approximately 90 calories) 

2 Pinches of salt 

1 Tsp Chilli flakes (approximately 2 calories)

A small handful of chopped parsley (approximately 20 calories) 

Half a lime squeezed (approximately 10 calories) 

228 calories total

 

Method

1. Clean cob or corn and sit in a tray

2. Drizzle olive oil evenly on the cob

3. Rub salt and chili onto cob, remembering to wash hands thoroughly after doing so to ensure chili is removed from hands

4. Grill on barbeque or roast in the oven until cooked through

5. Squeeze lime onto corn and dress with parsley 

6. Enjoy!
