1 ½ Cups Unsweetened almond milk or skim milk (45cals) 

1 Cup chopped spinach (60cals)

½ Cup chopped kale (16cals)

1 medium banana (Freeze for a thicker smoothie consistency) (105cals)

1 tbs honey(61cals)

1 tbsp peanut or almond butter (99cals) 

1 tbsp chia seeds (59 cals)
