Oats are a great way to start your day as they contain good carbohydrates that fuel your body. Accompanied by fruit and yogurt you've got a balanced breakfast option. Not only is this premade meal nutritious but it is also convenient.

CALORIES PER SERVER: 262 calories (approximatly)

 

Ingredients 

1/2 cup of plain rolled oats (145 calories)

1/4 cup mixed berries (40 calories)

1 tsp honey (20 calories)

1 tsp chia seeds (22 calories)

1/4 cup of low-fat Greek yogurt (35 calories)

You can also add other fruit such as banana

 

Directions 

In a small tub or jar sprinkle a small number of oats into the bottom, they layer fruit and yogurt consecutively until there is none left and top with chia seeds and honey. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy a fresh on the go breakfast in the morning.
