Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Decedent and delicious sweet peanut butter and banana smoothie, this rich and filling recipe will have you wanting more and more! Add in a dash of cacao powder for a chocolaty twist.

 

Ingredients

1 Cup unsweetened almond milk or skim milk

1 large frozen banana (chopped)

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp smooth peanut butter

1 tbsp Honey

1 tbsp chia seeds

 

Method

  1. Pop everything into a blender and enjoy!
