Zucchini Parmesan Chips

If you’re craving something cheesy then zucchini parmesan chips are an easy and healthy snack that will keep you feeling satisfied. Just make sure you don’t over do it on the parmesan.

2 large zucchinis thinly sliced (108 cals)

1 cup grated Parmesan (331cals) 

Salt and ground black pepper to taste



  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Arrange zucchini slices on baking tray and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Top each zucchini slice with Parmesan.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
