To start do some light stretching to ensure your body and muscles are strong, flexible and ready for a workout. This will lower the risk of injury including joint pain and muscle damage.
Step 1: Get your heart rate going
- Star Jumps (50)
- Running on the spot (1 Minute)
Step 2: Legs
- Squats - wide legs toes facing forwards (20)
- Lunges - alternating legs (20)
Step 3: Abdominals
- Crunches (25)
Step 4: Full body
- Plank (30 seconds)
Add small hand weights for higher intensity.
Repeat steps 1-4 and light stretching to warm down.
