RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Products must have been purchased directly from Rapid Loss. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets including Woolworths, Coles, Priceline, Cincotta Chemists or Independent Pharmacies. Please return those to the store where purchased.
A store credit or exchange can only be granted where:
- The product is sealed and packaging is in an unused, undamaged, saleable condition - We cannot accept returns on opened, used or damaged products.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- It is within 30 days of purchase date.
A refund or replacement can only be granted where:
- The product is faulty or is not in acceptable quality
- The product does not meet the description provided
Please note: we can not accept returns or exchange for change of mind or flavour preference.
Should you wish to return a product for a refund, exchange, or store credit and you meet the above terms, please call our Support team on (AU) 1300 101 909.
We deliver to all destinations within Australia, based on the following estimated delivery times and fees:
- 3-5 working days – $10.00 basic shipping for Australia
- Complimentary shipping is also available on all online orders over $80
- Orders must be placed by 1pm AEST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day.
- Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
- Most destinations in Australia will receive items within 5 working days.
- Please take into account remote destinations in Australia may take an additional 1-2 days.
- Due to the Christmas period and the current bushfires within Australia orders may take longer than normal to arrive. Please allow for an additional 5 business days and refer to the Australia Post website for delivery updates and order arrival dates.
