We’re only happy when you’re happy
If you’re not satisfied in any way, please tell us so that we can try and put it right.
No product makes it into our range without being thoroughly tried and tested. We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchases, and we stand by the effectiveness of our skincare. Should you for any reason be unimpressed, upon product return we will issue a refund to your credit card, or exchange for an alternative item.
All we ask is this
- Products must have been purchased directly from Rapid Loss. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets including Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse or Pharmacies. Please return those to the store where purchased.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
- Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s)
- We cannot accept returns on overly used or damaged products.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Should you decide to return a product for a refund or exchange, call our Support team on (AU) 1300 101 909 for a returns authorisation number, or simply email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We deliver to all destinations within Australia, based on the following estimated delivery times and fees:
- 3-5 working days – $10.00 basic shipping for Australia
- Complimentary shipping is also available on all online orders over $80
- Orders must be placed by 1pm AEST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day.
- Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
- Most destinations in Australia will receive items within 5 working days.
- Please take into account remote destinations in Australia may take an additional 1-2 days.
