AUSTRALIA POST SHIPPING DELAYS
Update from Australia Post 1 September 2021.
Australia Post will temporarily pause all Parcel Post collections from eCommerce retailers in NSW, ACT and VIC – from 7am Saturday 4 September until 7am Tuesday 7 September. Collections will continue in all other states and territories.
This temporary measure will allow us to responsibly clear record parcel volumes in parts of our network impacted by COVID-19. The safety of our people is our highest priority, and this will help ensure volumes are kept to a safe and manageable level. Our team will continue with processing across the weekend in these areas.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Products must have been purchased directly from Rapid Loss. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets including Woolworths, Coles, Priceline, Cincotta Chemists or Independent Pharmacies. Please return those to the store where purchased.
A store credit or exchange can only be granted where:
- The product is sealed and packaging is in an unused, undamaged, saleable condition - We cannot accept returns on opened, used or damaged products.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- It is within 30 days of purchase date.
A refund or replacement can only be granted where:
- The product is faulty or is not in acceptable quality
- The product does not meet the description provided
Please note: we can not accept returns or exchange for change of mind or flavour preference.
Should you wish to return a product for a refund, exchange, or store credit and you meet the above terms, please call our Support team on (AU) 1300 101 909.
We deliver to all destinations within Australia, based on the following estimated delivery times and fees:
- 3-5 working days – $10.00 basic shipping for Australia
- Complimentary shipping is also available on all online orders over $80
- Orders must be placed by 1pm AEST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day.
- Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
- Most destinations in Australia will receive items within 5 working days.
- Please take into account remote destinations in Australia may take an additional 1-2 days.
- From December 1st- January 10th delivery times are extended to 5-10 business days as indicated by Australia Post.
- If orders are needed by 25th December they must be placed before the 12th of December.
