San Choy Bao Lettuce Cups

Ingredients:

Iceberg lettuce leaves
150g minced lean beef mince=190cal, chicken mince= 200cal
6 Almonds – 44 cal
2 Spring onion – 8 cal
1 cup grated carrot – 24 cal
Garlic
Ginger
Chilli
Coriander

 

Instructions:

Fry mince in a pan with garlic, ginger and chilli to taste. Season with salt and pepper. When cooked add carrot spring onion and fresh coriander.
Serve in fresh lettuce leaves.
