Hit that pastry craving on the head with a cinnamon roll shake. You can’t go wrong with this simple sweet vanilla and cinnamon combination.
Ingredients
1 Scoop (41g) Vanilla Rapid Loss
200ml Skim Milk
½ tsp Cinnamon
Method
- Combine your scoop of Vanilla Rapid Loss Shake and Cinnamon.
- Add mixture to heated skim milk.
- Stir and enjoy.
VANILLA COFFEE SHAKE (221 CALORIES)
Say goodbye to your usual high calorie iced vanilla latte. This low-calorie shake-up gives you a coffee kick with that side of sweet you’re craving.
Ingredients
1 Scoop (41g) Vanilla Rapid Loss
200ml Skim Milk
1 Shot of Espresso
Method
- Prepare your Espresso Shot. If you don’t have an espresso machine you can always use instant coffee.
- Add your Espresso Shot to heated skin milk and gradually mix in your scoop of Vanilla Rapid Loss Shake.
- Stir & enjoy!
