Vanilla Chai Latte
Ingredients
1 Scoop (41g) Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
200ml Skim Milk
Chai tea bags
How To
1. Brew the tea. Place 2-3 tea bags in a cup of boiling water. Let it steep for 10-15 minutes (the longer you steep, the stronger the taste).
2. In a separate cup, add 1 scoop of Vanilla Rapid Loss to 200ml warm skim milk. Stir well.
3. Pour half of the tea concentrate into the Rapid Loss shake. Top it off a dash of cinnamon powder on top & enjoy!
Mocha
Ingredients
1/2 Scoop (20.5g) Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
1/2 Scoop (20.5g) Latte Meal Replacement Shake
200ml Skim Milk
How To
1. Add 1/2 scoop of Chocolate Rapid Loss and 1/2 scoop of Latte Rapid Loss to warm skim milk.
2. Mix well, dust cocoa powder on top, serve & enjoy!
Salted Caramel Macchiato
Ingredients
1 Scoop (40g) Salted Caramel Meal Replacement Shake
200ml Skim Milk
Sugar free Caramel syrup, to drizzle
Shot of Espresso
How To
1. Add 1 scoop of Salted Caramel Rapid Loss to warm skim milk
2. Stir well
3. Add 1 shot of Espresso to your Rapid Loss mixture
4. Drizzle caramel sauce on top, serve & enjoy!
Banoffee Pie
Ingredients
1/2 Scoop (20.5g) Salted Caramel Meal Replacement Shake
1/2 Scoop (20.5g) Banana Meal Replacement Shake
200ml Skim Milk
How To
1. Add 1/2 scoop of Salted Caramel Rapid Loss and 1/2 scoop of Banana Rapid Loss to warm skim milk.
2. Shake well, serve & enjoy!
