Ingredients:

1 Banana – 99 cal
2 Eggs – 140 cal
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbs Honey – 64 cal

 

Instructions:

1. Mash ripe banana with a fork and add egg.
2. Whisk with fork and add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
3. Spray small fry pan with oil and add mixture to pan on med heat.
4. When mixture starts to set (around 3 mins) flip over.
5. Cook for another 3mins or till cooked and slide onto a plate.
6. Serve with a couple of strawberries and honey optional.
