This easy-peasy berry chia pudding recipe is the perfect snack to satisfy your sweet-tooth and those daily 3pm cravings!
Serves: 1
Preparation time: 2 minutes (+ setting overnight)
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup almond or coconut milk
- ½ cup berries of choice
- 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 Tbsp water
METHOD
- Blend water and berries together until a paste is formed.
- In a bowl, mix chia seeds, milk and berry paste until well combined.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes to serve.
