This easy-peasy berry chia pudding recipe is the perfect snack to satisfy your sweet-tooth and those daily 3pm cravings!

 

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 2 minutes (+ setting overnight)

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup almond or coconut milk
  • ½ cup berries of choice
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp water

 

METHOD

  1. Blend water and berries together until a paste is formed.
  2. In a bowl, mix chia seeds, milk and berry paste until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Sprinkle with coconut flakes to serve.
