INGREDIENTS
75 g Cooked Chicken, cubed – 125 cal
1/2 cup Cooked Spiral Pasta – 95 cal
1/2 cup Celery, chopped – 8 cal
1/2 cup Carrots, chopped – 26 cal
1 cup Chicken or Vegetable Stock – 30 cal
1 tbsp Garlic
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
DIRECTIONS
1. In a small saucepan or pot, combine the chicken, vegetables, stock, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
3. Add pre-cooked pasta once vegetables are cooked.
