The ultimate Guac recipe, yes we love avo as much as the next Aussie, including a killer guacamole to devour on your own or take to your next bbq and share with friends and family. 

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado 
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 lime
1/2 red onion
1 medium tomato
(coriander optional)  

 

How to make:

Step 1: Cut avocado in half, de-pit, and scoop into a bowl. Using a fork mash the avocado until smooth but slightly chunky.

Step 2: Squeeze in half of the lime and stir.

Step 3: Chop onion and tomato into small pieces.

Step 4: Add in salt, chilli flakes, and onion, mix well.

Step 5: Gently stir in tomatoes and serve.

Perfect with Corn chips, as a side or on toast.
