Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 lime
1/2 red onion
1 medium tomato
(coriander optional)
Directions
1. Cut avocado in half, de-pit, and scoop into a bowl. Using a fork mash the avocado until smooth but slightly chunky.
2. Squeeze in half of the lime and stir.
3. Chop onion and tomato into small pieces.
4. Add in salt, chilli flakes, and onion, mix well.
5. Gently stir in tomatoes and serve. Perfect with Corn chips, as a side or on toast.
