INGREDIENTS
1 cup cherry tomatoes - 25 cal
40g cherry bocconcini - 103 cal
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves - 5 cal
1 tbsp balsamic glaze - 20 cal
Small skewers
DIRECTIONS
1 . Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Drain any excess liquid from the cherry bocconcini.
2. Take a small skewer and thread a cherry tomato, followed by a folded basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball. Repeat until each skewer is filled.
3. Place the assembled skewers on a serving plate and drizzle balsamic glaze over the top. Optional: add salt and pepper over the skewers to taste.
