Ingredients
1 Wholemeal Wrap – 110 cal
1/2 cup Sweet Potato, mashed – 90 cal
1/4 cup Black Beans, drained and rinsed – 50 cal
25g Light Tasty Cheese, shredded – 84 cal
1/4 tsp Cumin, ground – 5 calories
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Directions
1. Spread mashed sweet potato on one half of the wrap.
2. Top with the black beans, cheese, cumin, salt, and pepper.
3. Fold the wrap in half and press down gently.
