Ingredients

125g Fresh Salmon – 250 cal
2 cups Kale Slaw Salad Mix – 80 cal
1/2 Red Onion Sliced – 16 cal
2 tbsp Sour Cream – 40 cal
1 cup Carrot Shredded – 50 cal
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes – 25 cal
Lime (to taste)

Directions

1. Season salmon with salt/pepper and spray with oil.
2. Place salmon in the oven for 30 mins 180C till cooked to your liking OR cook in a pan till cooked to your liking.
3. Mix salad ingredients together and add whole salmon on top.
