1 large fillet white fish of choice
1 tsp coconut or olive oil
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt
1. Combine the spice mix and rub into both sides of the fish fillet.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
3. Cook fish fillet for 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
4. Serve with 1/2 sliced avocado, grilled vegetables, and mixed leafy greens. (Lemon and olive oil make a fresh and zesty dressing)
