Steak, Cauli Mash and Veggies
This steak, cauliflower mash, and veggie recipe is the perfect balance of flavours and nutrition. Packed with protein, fiber, and rich textures, it’s an easy-to-make dish that will satisfy your cravings without compromising on health.

Ingredients
150g Steak – 250 cal
2 cups Cauliflower – 50 cal
2 tbsp Parmesan – 50 cal
1 cup Broccoli – 30 cal
1 cup Spinach – 6 cal
1 cup Mushrooms – 15 cal
Directions
1. Chop cauliflower and add to a pan of boiling salted water.
2. When soft, drain, mash with Parmesan, salt, pepper.
3. Steam broccoli according to instructions on packet or boil for 4 mins in hot water.
4. Pan fry mushrooms for 3-5 mins till cooked.
5. Season steak with salt/pepper and spray pan with oil. Place steak in the pan and cook to your liking. Let it rest for 5 mins after cooking.
6. Serve altogether with fresh spinach.
Vegetarian Tip: Find pre-seasoned Tofu and Tempeh in the plant-based section of your local grocery store to substitute steak.
