95g tin tuna (uncooked & in brine)= 120 cal 
1/s cup baby tomatoes= 25 cal
Spinach 1 cup= 6 cal
Chilli flakes
Lemon wedge

Directions

Drain tuna from can and season.
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
