Ingredients
1/2 cup plain Greek Yoghurt – 115 cal
1/4 cup Mixed Berries (or fruit of choice) – 40 cal
1 tbsp Honey – 64 cal
Directions
1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Mix honey into Greek yoghurt.
3. Spread the Greek yoghurt out on the baking paper in a thin layer.
4. Sprinkle yoghurt with mixed berries or fruit of choice.
5. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the yoghurt is solid.
6. Break the yoghurt bark into chunks and enjoy!
