I lost 30 kilos using Rapid Loss shakes! My dad had passed away and I was determined to do something that was actually in my control which was losing weight.

Lucky I love the taste of Rapid Loss shakes! About halfway through I had a seizure and it was discovered I had a benign brain tumour. 3 months later this was removed.

While waiting, I continued on the shakes and I believe my recovery was good because I had lost so much by then.

I feel amazing, I had issues with my feet and back that have eased up so much since losing weight, it saved my life! Starting weight 105 kg, goal weight 75 kg
