  • Helen -

I dissolve 1 teaspoon of normal or decaf coffee in 50mls of warm water. Then make a Rapid Loss Chocolate shake using one scoop to 150mls of milk then adding the coffee, I give it a good shake. I enjoy it. I hope I have been doing it right as it still makes up the 200mls of liquid.
    Cheers Helen 🙂
